How to request account deletion
In-app (where enabled): Settings to Account to Delete Account
Or email support@physioai.in with subject "Data Deletion Request"
Mention your registered email ID in the request for verification
What happens next?
We verify your identity, then confirm and complete deletion within 30 days of your request, per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Backups / replicas clear on rolling propagation.
Data that will be deleted:
- Account information and profile details
- Chat history with AI assistants
- Usage data, quiz progress, and clinical reasoning logs
Data Retention
Account data is kept for duration of account plus 30 days post deletion. Some data may be retained longer for legal or security purposes, such as payment history for tax compliance, or in anonymized non-identifiable form for improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel App Store / Play Store auto-renewing subscriptions — cancel in the store.
