1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to PhysioAI, India's leading AI-powered physiotherapy education and clinical reasoning platform. By accessing or using our application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of PhysioAI, including students preparing for PGP-CET, NPTE, DHA, and other examinations, as well as clinicians using our Clinic OS tools.
2. Use of the Services
PhysioAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models, including Axon™, Synergist™, or LogicX™.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
- Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape content from the platform.
3. Medical Disclaimer
PhysioAI is an educational and clinical reasoning support tool — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content generated by Synergist™ AI, LogicX™ DDx Engine, Red Flag Spotter™, and related tools is intended solely for educational purposes and clinical reasoning practice.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making clinical decisions. PhysioAI and Auraflex Healthcare Intelligence Solutions Private Limited shall not be held liable for any clinical decisions made based on content generated by the platform.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
PhysioAI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@physioai.in within 7 days of purchase if you experience issues.
- PhysioAI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PhysioAI platform — including but not limited to the Axon™ Clinical Knowledge Graph, Synergist™ AI engine, LogicX™ DDx Engine, MCQ Bank, OSCE simulators, and all associated software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Auraflex Healthcare Intelligence Solutions Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhysioAI and Auraflex Healthcare Intelligence Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
